No. Some people have high pressure without damage (Ocular Hypertension), while others have "normal" pressure but still develop glaucoma. This is why our OCT scans are so vital—they look at the nerve, not just the pressure.
Unfortunately, vision lost to glaucoma cannot be restored. However, with early detection and proper management, we can almost always prevent further loss.
